Sweat Playlist!

Hi everybody! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend...I know I did! As sad as I am to see the weekend go, I'm so excited to to begin my week because my 30 Day Challenge with the SWEAT App is starting tomorrow!
Sweat is an app that provides different workouts with iconic trainers such as Kayla Itsines, Sjana Elise, Kelsey Wells, Stephanie Sanzo, and Chontel Duncan. I took a peek into the app and already tried the yoga program and Sjana Elise, and while I'm not nuts about yoga, I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would.
With great workouts comes great responsibility...to make a playlist. The Sweat App allows you to listen to music while completing your workout, and we all know when we start a new habit, the first 3/4's of the new habit it dedicated to making a proper playlist. When you're finally done making the playlist, there's no time left and you're left with an incomplete task, making you feel unproductive. Have no fear, I have created a workout playlist that is perfect to pump you up...literally AND physically.
